We do request that all new colour clients book an in person consultation prior to making a colour appointment. This allows your stylist to have an in depth conversation about your hair goals, assess your hair, take test strands and then give you an accurate quote. Our ‘New client haircut and finish’ service allows for an in depth consultation and styling, there is no need to book a consultation on the same day as this service.

Yes, we charge an appointment deposit on the day of your consultation which will be deducted from your final service total

We require 72 hours notice if you’re needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment, otherwise cancellation fees may apply.
