We do request that you book an in person consultation if you’re a new client to the salon wanting to book a colour appointment. This allows your stylist to have an in depth conversation about your hair goals, assess your hair, take test strands and then give you an accurate quote.

Yes, we charge an appointment deposit on the day of your consultation which will be deducted from your final service total

We require 72 hours notice if you’re needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment, otherwise cancellation fees may apply.
