We are an appointment only salon and ask all new clients to book a free (mandatory) consultation before you can book your first service. This ensures that we personally understand your hair and your needs, we can also choose a safe word together.

Consultations can be booked via the ‘book now’ button located on the bottom right corner of this website.

Please note we don’t offer consultations online. its impossible to quote for cost and time via images alone.

Existing clients are encouraged to rebook their next appointment at the end of their service. However are welcome to contact us via phone call or text during salon hours to make their next booking.

At Analog Hair we are a sustainable salon. This means we go that extra mile other salons don’t to reduce our carbon footprint, and recycle as much waste as we possibly can. By supporting such ethical practices you will find a $3 green fee attached to your bill. Both the team and Mother Nature thank you for your support.

Securing APPOINTMENTS: 

A non refundable booking fee of $200 (towards a colour service) / $50 (towards a haircut) must be made in person paid in cash or EFTPOS/CC or via phone by EFTPOS/CC to secure your appointment. This booking fee is deducted from your total bill at the end of your service. Sorry, we cannot take booking fees on After pay.

Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy (Including no shows):

Cancellations and Rescheduling of appointments require 48 hours notice via phone call or text to 0439536664.

If sufficient notice is not given, here are our terms regarding last minute cancelations, rescheduling and no shows:

-New clients will forfeit your booking fee. And will need to pay another one to rebook. You will be required to pay a non refundable $200 booking fee to re book a colour, colour and cut or extension service, and a non refundable $50 to rebook for a haircut.

-Regular clients (1st offence): you will be asked to leave a non refundable $200 booking fee to reschedule, notes will be left on your client card of the incident, this $200 booking fee will be deducted from your next visit. 

-Regular clients (2nd offence): to re book with the salon, you must pay for half of the services you had booked in for that day that you have missed, you must also pay a non refundable $200 booking fee to reschedule your appointment. notes will be left on your client card that this is your second offence. the $200 booking fee will be deducted from your next visit. 

-Regular clients (3rd offence): You will be banned from returning to the salon. (this rule also applies to clients who refuse to comply with our policies above.)

Appointment Confirmation messages:

Email reminders are automatically sent out 1 week prior to your upcoming appointment, and Text message reminders are automatically dispatched 2 days prior at midnight, this gives clients plenty of notice to move an appointment if you can’t make it, or need to reschedule your appointment.

Client update forms are automatically sent out the day of your appointment, it is important that if you change your email or phone number that you adjust these details so you still receive confirmations, you can also contact us any time to update your details via call or text.

Out of hours appointments:

We rarely open Sundays, public holidays, or after business hours, however if you have an appointment that falls this way, we must add a 20% surcharge to all services. This covers our staff penalty wages so you can have great hair on those days.
